Once your reservation is confirmed, please send us your passport image or PDF file by e-mail. We will also confirm the original passport when you apply for medical treatment on the day of your visit. Please note that if you cannot confirm your status of residence, you may be refused consultation except in an emergency.
What do I need if I come to Japan for medical treatment (medical tourism)?
If you will be visiting from abroad for medical treatment, you will need a Medical Stay Visa (VISA).
Is there an interpreter in the hospital? How much does it cost to request an interpreter?
When a foreign patient who does not understand Japanese comes to the hospital, the interpreter staff will communicate with the patient. If you would like to use it, please fill in the email when booking. Interpreting is free of charge.
How many times should I come to Japan to complete treatment?
Depending on the type of treatment and the number of treatments, most implant recipients have completed treatment in at least two visits to Japan.

What is hygiene safety?
In order to provide safe and secure dental care to patients, our hospital places emphasis on improving the environment. We use disposable gloves, paper cups, and paper aprons, and dental instruments are thoroughly sterilized and disinfected after each treatment.
